Customer Service @ Roush

Just wondered if anyone has any experience dealing with these people? I bought a set of used 1/4 window louvers from one of the forum members and few days after I put them on one either blew off or was stolen. So I e-mailed Roush asking if they had any blems that might be available and I have yet to get any response from the first message or the second in which I politely requested that they please respond with something. I feel that I had given enough them enough time in case I was stuck in queue.

My one experience years ago with them was very good, but I was talking to real people on the phone and had purchased directly from them (302 intake system for a 95 EFI setup). Email is easy to ignore, and sometimes just gets lost in a sea of an inbox, so once in a while just picking up the phone will go a long way to solving your issues.

HTH.

Anyway, we have blem sets, no chance of flush-mounted blowing off, and so why not just call us ?

I also mentioned the possibility of buying from another vendor if they didn't respond so I may be ordering a set of flush mounts anyway.

Customer service at Roush? What customer service LOL?? I think their people are the same people that work for Saleen in my opinion. You know, the same people that wouldn't respond to emails or return phone calls either regarding a part.

+1 on the Silverhorse flush mounts. Best looking louvers out there, and they're sure as heck going to stay put once installed.

I'm thinking of having a roof welded onto my car just so I can get a set
