It's the stock trunk painted, no panel here 
we took the trunk off and taped it up and sprayed it when I had the spoiler done. Looks even better in person, I think im going to add a set of black moss mustang tail light bezels to comeplete the look... and maybe a silverhorse rear medallion. Does modding ever end lol.
