I ordered a CDC Ducktail from them without the pony, and when I opened up the box a few weeks later (car just arrived) I found that they had shipped one with the pony. I sent a frantic email since my magic 30 days were due up the next day.
I don't just get an email, but a phone call telling me they can ship me one out right away and I can ship the wrong one back (at their expense).
No hassel, no problems
