I can tell you I've got plenty of hairs on my ***. And unfortunately on my back, ears and some coming out of my nose. Plus I seem to be losing it on my head.

Plus I plan to back the Cobra Symbol with some muscle next year !!!
(Forged Internals, Supercharger, Headers etc .... )

Hey GT, how come you didn't put the hood on yet?
My car is exactly the same as yours in this pictures...I put the hood on too...but this saturday I put my old stock hood back on...i don't think the new shelby hood is as classy...the vents ruin it. I wouldn't sell the old one so fast..you might change your mind.
The only advantage of the new hood is that it doesn't vibrate at high speeds, I guess the wind blows through it.

I left the stock hood because the body shop did not match the paint on the shelby gt500 hood - plus the installer scratched the paint near the hood vents taking one of them off.
Other than that I like the shelby hood lines better with the front fascia.
Plus I also need to purchase the hood insulation as well - funds are short right now with Christmas & Vacation right around the corner.
Thanks for the compliment.

All thats left is the hood, everything else has been installed.
After the holidays I probably spring for the stripes - once I get
the paint and body shop to blend in the front & rear fenders.
Over all am pleased with the results, the color is a little off -
but heck metallic paint is not easy to match. I've already had
quite a few double takes from other drivers and a few jerks
wanting to race me. Am keeping it cool til I add some muscle
to my engine.

I think it looks awesome. I think they should have offered legend lime and windveil blue as options for the Shelby because they are two colors you see on the classic Shelby's. Please don't take this as hating or attacking you as a poser because I could care less for that kind of talk, but you're actually saying you own a 2007 Shelby in your description and sig and I understand you're going to give it the specs of a shelby horsepower wise but come on man. I mean don't get me wrong I'm sure I'll get flamed way worse than you for what I'm doing to my car with a Shelby front and Eleanor everything else, but I won't call it a GT 500 or Shelby or even Eleanor for that matter. I guess what I'm trying to say is great job on the car but me personally I disagree with what you're doing actually calling it a Shelby. Please don't think I'm trying to instigate trouble here cause that's not what I'm doing.

I kinda agree with these guys about calling it a "Shelby" because in reality, its not, i have a 2007 California Special and it is what it is, its a glorified GT with some cool stripes...
Dont get me wrong, I LOVE the Shelby front fascia and everything else, but make it your own... your car is beautiful, dont down grade it by calling it something its NOT..... also, those Shelby wheels look CLEAN....

Build your own Shelby yeah, but it won't ever be a Shelby. Besides that you'r calling your car a 2007 when it's clearly not. I don't mind badges and stuff, hell every old Camaro either has Z28 or SS on them and most of them aren't, but it's when you actually claim ans say that something is something it's not is when I think it's wrong.
