I purchased mine from a website that was called something like mustangV6parts.com, or something similar.
Search online for clea mustang lenses also, you will find them.

Now, if i replaced the taillights with clear lenses, that would be "riced," but the turns being clear, at least on my tungsten, just makes for a uniform silver-y theme, and looks **** good too!
And CrazyGreek, I've got the GT/CS fascias on my car, the black "piece" you referred to is part of the rear GT/CS fascia.
The tint is 20%. I wish i would have gone 15% so it would be just a bit more opaque, but 20% is fine as well. it looks good and it keeps out a-LOT of the Florida sun from my black leather interior!
