Chrome wheels - blemish

My Chrome wheels is blemishing. Is there any chrome paint I can buy and paint my wheel?

I too have begged this question regarding little flaking in spots on my AFS Chrome Bullitts. I have been told by a number of people that the only way to fix is to have them re-chromed. I did talk to a plating company locally, estimated at least $200 per wheel to strip and re-chrome. Might as well just buy new ones! If there's another fix out there, I'm all ears...
