Chin spoiler - Help anyone!

Can anyone tell me where I can get the same chin spoiler as the one on the cover of the July issue of MMFF?? Someone has got to know.

Pretty sure it's a CDC Agressive. Look at the photo on page 81 and compare it to the web link.
