Does anyone actually have one of these hoods on there car. I have found limited pics and was curious if this hood is functional.

Any more info would be appreciated

 

it is functional, you would have found that out if you at least called them.

Go directly to the source next time but its best to call during business hours. I dont know of anyone that has the Ram Air Hood but I have their 4" Cowl Hood and the fit and finish is excelent.

That is a big honker! Is this hood the same one? I copied the picture and I don't remember where.

 

Thats it...your right it looks huge on the red car. These are the only other non cervini website pics I've seen. They don't show the hood as such a honker.

I saw this one today at the World Ford Challenge in St. Louis, but it doesn't do you any good, because I don't remember who makes it. Sorry. Now that's big!

well ya know, I aint in to sugar coat comments. I just say it like it is and if you misread my comments for being overly jerky thats your own fault.

I understand that some questions should be answered directly from the manufacturer and opinions should be gathered from the public. Take it into consideration, just dont get so offended.

I'm not offended. I too usually try to get to the point. My wife and troops usually let me know that just about every day. One thing I have learned is not everyone is able to understand such pointed communication. Not a fault....it's human nature.

So with that.....post some **** pics of your hood!

Unfortunately there is always atleast one who has to act this way. They go to great lengths to try and rationalize bad behavior. This is a community who helps others out when asked, too bad the rule isn't be nice when you post or don't post. Too much of this type of attitude these days which is sad for all of us.

 

you know...I love this hood...but I'll be honest and say that it doesnt look good on every car....or at every angle...this makes it hard to decide if you want it or not.

 

i want to get this hood cause i want a ram air hood but i agree with the above. it needs the right stuff to look good. a body kit would have to be a must cause it's too agressive for the stock body IMO makes it hard to decide.
