Ok.....but do I just cut the one black wire and then unplug the CDC harness and reconnect the stock one? Thanks for all of you guys' help
yup thats what you do...then when you get your new harness just plug them in and connect the black wire back together and you're done

Well that is untruthful that you can not remove the third wire you plug into the not used port. You just have to have the right tools. There is auto mechanic tool that has lots of different size strips of metal like toothpicks, it is for electronics. There is a tab on the connection, that is why they say it is not removable. But if you have the tool, it slides into it and holds down tab while you are removing the wire. Have had to do similar items lots, very easy with right tool, just my too cents, i dont like cutting anything.

true...a pick tool or something similar will work if you are trying to get the pin out.

I just cut and re-connected mine so I wouldn't have to take the light housing back out.

When I first saw this topic, I did not read the whole post. I did not want to jinx myself. Too late, one week later and my left signal does not work. I am tempted to change to the Web Electric kit.

I must give CDC credit. I spoke to tech support. They were great, new harness is on the way. I will give them a 2nd chance.
