cdc and mrt chin spoiler?

whats the deal with this chin spoiler, does it come flat black, like the mach one chin spoiler? or is is primer grey? I was hoping its like the mach chin so i can just put it on, as is.

CDC is unpainted in a yellow color. I received mine yesterday and primed it with flexible primer then painted it black with flexible bumper/plastic paint. Looks like new and cost me $30
