In terms of help:
My car is in lock down storage 'till April 1st. I went to the Ford dealer last night and they did not have the spare GT grille they promised me. I need some dimension details and curve radius info. It would be easiest if someone in WI had a GT and was willing to stop by the shop for a couple of hours. Otherwise, I am going to proceed in April using my cars.

If you're willing to make a blank GT grille first (i.e. no fog lights and no pony) I'll send you what's left of the spare grilles I have. I initially bought three GT grilles for $40 each since they didn't come with foglights and I told the guy I wasn't too concerned about their conditions since I was going to be cutting them up anyway.
Check out the link in my sig, MY ATTEMPT, to see what I've done with the grilles. None of them are still in one piece, but the main grille could give you all the dimensions you'd need.

It seems that CDC has released the black billet grille:

It seems the Cervini's grille is a better starting point. I like the closeness of the horizontal bars. Buying it, bead blasting it, welding Fog attachment rings, then sending it to powdercoating seems excessive. I dropped the word to Cervini's, but if they don't respond by April, I'm building one.

I exchanged e-mails with CDC, and the guy that modeled that bucket said that those are not street legal (DOT approved), that's why they can't release them. Don't know if it's true, but that's what he said...
Here's the last e-mail...

Hi Rony!
Thanks for noticing the headlight buckets. Kim was correct- we made a few prototype sets in-house, starting with the stock headlight bucket. The entire insert (body color) is a fiberglass piece that we made based off of a clay mold, and it attaches to the outer bucket in the exact same fashion as the oem piece. The headlight we used is a Jaguar 5 ¾” headlight, which also includes a turn signal socket. Unfortunately, the headlight sockets in these lights did not include a high-beam function. But, any 5 ¾” light should work, including HIDs.
We have been considering bringing these to market, but we know there are some DOT legal hurdles we need to cross to make them 100% street legal. No idea on timing yet, but keep checking back in. Hope this helps – thanks again.
