I painted mine with the G2 kit too and of course it won't keep after opening. So when I found some nicks , I got a can of Dupli-Color which will keep , to use for touch up ....

That blows man. Mine (w/G2) have held up good for nearly a year, although not at bright as when first painted. How noticable is the flaking/peeling?

I hope I don't highjack the thread with my question, but since I want to paint my calipers as well, I hope to get ya'ls expert opinion: does powder coating the calipers reduce the chance of peeling? Is powder coating high temp resistant (brake temps)?

Your help is appreciated. Thanks!

I used Duplicolor for my calipers and after they started peeling and I touched them up and peeled again, I just scraped and power-washed all the paint of so they are like stock now.

You're going to get nicks like that and like I said I got a can of dupli-color and can't really tell any difference when I touch it up ...
