I can get you one brand new for $500 plus shipping, Id have to check to see if I have any in stock though.

SHIPPING 130 to business, 160 to residence except NYC and florida, roughly 250-300 to Canada (you pay customs, approx 2%) and at least 700 over oceans

That's probably because:

(1) RKSport is selling the hood on E-bay and selling it at a significant discount.

or

(2) This item is an open box item that some one purchased, didn't like it when they finally got it and returned it and since it's an open item they can't sell it new on their website.

If you watch their auctions often you could find some nice goodies that are far less than what they charge on their site. I found one of their auctions a while back for the California Dream hood that someone got for a sweet price of $275.00 plus shipping all because it was a return item that was never installed, thus it was unsellable on their website.

becareful buying that hood from ebay, I know someone that order one and it was a knockoff, wasn't true ram-air. Just a shell with no air channels

Try CaliforniaMustang.com, they have great service

I bought mine off ebay on an RK Sport auction. Everything turned out fine. They are the ones who make the hood, so it's an authentic hood.
