Bumper wrinkles - need help
I guess it was just a matter of time, but I did get the lower part of my front fascia wrinkled by somebody. It was back in its shape when I found it, and it really didn't look as if anything was wrong. But when I got home I saw that there were a number of fine cracks I guess in the gloss coat.
I tried some white rubbing compound and it did a little good, but they are still there. Any suggestions? Maybe try some red rubbing compound? I don't want to go too far, but I would like to try and get those cracks gone.

If it's cracked, it's likely all the way through to the bumper. You'll never get it out without a repaint, whether you attempt to spot paint or just get the whole thing done.
Scratches might be doable, but you'll need a whole lotta rubbing... and probably d/a polisher or such.

If they are cracks and not scratches then you can't do anything about it except repaint.
If they are scratches you could possibly get them out with a rotary or random orbital... just depends.
A picture would help.

Unfortunately, they're cracks
I really don't have the capability to do anything substantial in my garage. I think I'll just bite the bullet and take it to my local body shop. Thanks for the help.
