Not sure I see much difference between the brs and ford, but looking at saving like 50 bones going with the ford design from partscheap.com

There is a big difference between these and the Ford. These are metal and not chrome plated plastic, are adjustable so your ponies will not be upside down at shows, have anti-teft featuires in that they can not be removed without removing the wheel, and provide you the option of using various center caps. In addition, they fit just about any wheel with a hole in the middle, unlike the Ford ones which fit OEM rims only.

Just my 2 cents!

Tim

The factory spinners are $91 and are indeed plastic. A simple anti theft retainer can be made using sliding door handle cups from a hardware store. The plastic spinners can also be indexed as they will freely rotate with little effort. Yes they are plastic but so are all of the other factory center wheel covers for the Mustang. My brother's '06 V6 has the factory spinners with the Ford oval and they still look good after two years.

The BRS spinners are a well engineered quality product, which are worth the extra money. I've had mine about a year and would buy them again.

+1! They are an excellent product... I've had a set for over two years now and they look about as good as they did the day I got them.

++ on the BRS here too. Love'em. Theft retarant, adjustable to hide the Locking Lugnut, and as stated above, Ponies are "always" straight at car shows. Excellent investment for the Bling Bling effect.
