Hi -

Has anybody had this happen? I switched to Silverstar Fogs and Arctic Hyper White Headlights. Now, the headlight bulbs (not the fogs) dont fully "snap" into the sockets. They work fine for a little while and then, after a few weeks, the brights go dark. Doesn't effect the normal lights ... just the brights. I think I might try to "mod" the bulb to snap into the socket. That's the only think I can think of as the issue. Thoughts?

Nick

Had the same problem.
Here is the fix.

BOTH bulbs come with a RED ring seal.
Make sure you are only installing 1(one) RED ring seal.
Need more help just ask.

I had this same problem as well. I am jumping on a limb and saying you bought your hyper whites on Ebay? Mine didn't fit right at first and I shaved down the notch to make em fit best I could but ... my brights worked at first and when I actually went to use them cause I needed to, they were burnt out. Only took a week.
