I have not used any of the paints yet, but as for my opinion. I would go with red, the black would blend in too much with the tires a darkness/shadows in the wheel area.

 

I'd personally go with blue or something to compliment the color of your torch red car yet at the same time make the caliper stand out alittle. But either way sounds like a nice subtle mod that will make your Stang look a cut above the rest- no matter what color you pick.
