Even without the C-stripes, Magnum 500 wheels and rear louvers on yet, I actually placed today at the Mid-Maryland Ford Show, apparently an annual event at the Mason-Dixon Dragstrip just outside of Hagerstown, MD. When the 94-up class was called, I was startled to win 3rd. I'd say there were about 75 Mustangs total, and about 18 in my class.

This is my first Ford, and my first ever show. Not bad for a 47 year old!

Like, I can do this, I can really DO this.

Once the exterior is done, it's on to the engine, drivetrain and suspension. Feels like 1974 all over again...
