Can anybody give me recommendations on what to do? I ordered their LNR hood and front bumper about 3 months ago. Till this day I have not received it yet. I would call to ask about it and they would reply their still making the part. What should I do? Continue to wait or just cancel the order and get my money back to buy something else.

As much grief as people have given them, I got nothing but good and prompt service from them when I ordered some parts from them. I would call them back and ask how much longer they expect. Advise them you've been waiting three months. They need to have some kind of ETA. If they don't, or it's going to be another couple of months, then I would cancel the order.

 

if it falls through vall up Ronaele and get it there. They gave them in stock from what ive been told by them, or try mr.bodykit

 

That's what I would to too..... three months is pushing it, don't wait much longer.

 

they said no eta because they said their machine to make the part has broken down. i dont know if its BS or what. im planning to give them one more month. i wanted to order from mr body kit but they only have fiber glass.

Wow.. some more (cough) "problems" involving BBR.. who would have guessed???? Yeah.. 3 months is more then enough time.. geez its not like they are making you a one of a kind kit.

 

Summer is almost over.Your patience is awesome to put up with that broken machine.Get your money back.I hope everything works out for you.
