Cool Blacksunshine=evil wicked mean and nasty

Got my car back the otherday. Only a few members here know (you know who you are) that on my trip up to Alabama for the MCA 30th show my stang took one for the team. Right after entering Georgia I had a lovely HUGE rock skip across my hood and off my windshield. Luckily my windshield only took a scratch but my hood was a little worse (for me anyways). The rock etched out a nice scratch and took the paint right off.
Well after returning home and wanting to get my stang back in TIP TOP condition I took her down to be repainted. I also as per discussion with some other TMS members told them that if I have to go through all that I may add a hood scoop as well.
I know from reading these forums for some time now how many feel about the NON functional hoodscoops. But I LOVE the look of it so with out further-a-do

and one from the inside. I really had to get used to seeing that scoop while driving.

A lot of people don't like the tacked on scoop. But hey, you put it on for looks, and it looks really good on your car. It goes well with your other mods.

That sucks about the rock damage. If I remember right, something off a truck??? Dump trucks and flat beds that don't brush off and secure their load **** me off to no end. I had a rock hit my helmet while on my bike one day.

**** = another word for pee pee

Your car keeps getting better Perry. (but I still got mine first )

Thanks for rubbing it in :-)
As for the rock I have no idea exactly where it came from. I seen it as it arched through the air and came down on my hood.
I am just glad she is fixed.

OK - that's it - Perry, love ya man but I don't want your car next to mine at the MOSI show! Your car is in an entirely different league than mine, and it definitely raises the bar. I knew it was coming though. That machine of yours is now among the upper echelon of S197's IMO. I've said it a million times and I'll say it again - nice work my friend - VERY nice work!

Thanks for all the comments.
All I can say is I love having a machine that strikes fear into small children (and some adults) as I drive by them.

Dark Knight II will always be in a class of her own but I do consider DKII a good brother of mine.

LOL
I have you to thank for some of them mods. I remember some of our conversations when you were like "come on man just do it". Specially since I do believe you finally talked me into lowering the rear of the stang LOL.
But in all seriousness I appreciate your comments
