All this would take is a vinyl tape job. I think one piece would look better, but it could be done in strips.
It just breaks up the large red. I like small detail mods.
What do you guys think? Take a look next time you see one in person.

I like that or pollished stainless steel overlays that go around the taillights.

The mod really sets off the tailights and gives it a richer, more finished look! Great idea!!

I like that, and I think stainless might be cool too.

On a side note, I watched the Matrix Revolutions again tonight...what a great trilogy. (Every time I see kevin's sig it reminds me of it...that quote comes from one of my favorite scenes)

Ok. Now we just have to get someone to cut it into vinyl.
I'd prefer the one piece design over the strips.
Any ideas?

BTW, I like the idea of the stainless also. Real retro look.

One thing I forgot to mention. There's already a perfect groove in the lense for this.

If there is already a grove for it, why not tape off the lens and use some decent flat black paint?

Just might have to do that if no one come out with anything, but I'd rather use that vinyl so I can have the option of taking it off.

It would be nice if an after market company could produce a chrome peel & stick frame to fit over the tail lamps giving them a more classic look with the chrome vertical bars between the lenses. There is enough space.
