Anyone else get these in yet, Vista Blue preferably? Stangnut got yours painted behind yet?

Any updates on the grille? Do you still have it and how is it holding up?

Sorry for the delay Jason. Here ya go....on Legend Lime. Got mine when I was at CDC during the NAIAS in January but didn't get it in until my very first auto show (Toronto) in March. Judging by the comments on the grill, everyone loved it. So do I. Looks clean, fit and finish is great, seems to be standing up well. And where I live, it's different than everyone else's.

Nice car

There's a local TMS member (46LPony) that also has a Legend Lime with a black CDC billet grille. I liked this grille better once I saw it in person.

Did you rewire your roush fogs to use your factory fog light switch?

Mark, about the Roush fogs.....yes, they're wired into the factory switch and there's also a switch under the dash that allowed them to go on or off when the factory fogs were still in.

Made it, well stuck it on I guess, myself. Always thought our grills needed it, that retro look I like so much. It's the plastic chrome trim you can buy at any auto store. I had the same stuff on my OEM grill so I thought I'd try it out on this one. A bit more of a challenge but it works fine. It's in 2 pieces; the "U" shape follows the contour of the grill opening and sits flush on the inside edge of the bumper opening, in line with the outside edge of the grill. The top piece follows the top slat of the grill and it's cut and trimmed to make the whole thing look like one piece.

Total cost: $9.95.

Original Sin, Are you still debating on whether or not to keep the CDC black "billet" grill? I too am waiting on what Ford does w/ the Bullitt model and if they come out w/ a black (pony/foglight empty) grill. But the CDC grill w/ the pony emblem is growing on me. Any thoughts on selling yours?

Oh good lord Creedog, no. It's Jason that's had this fixation with grills (sorry buddy, had to do it....but I have to say, you're bang on), I'm usually one step behind him. But this thing looks pretty f'n good so it's a keeper. I'm not holding out much hope for the Bullitt version (I don't think Jason is either based one what we've heard so far) so if 'ya like it, give Kim a call at CDC and take the plunge, it's a great product.

Mark

Sorry, you are correct. Jason is the one I was refering to, I stand corrected. I am still on the fence on this one but it does look good w/ certain colors.
