Best bolt-in sequential kit?

I have a 07 GT and was thinking about installing a set of sequential turn signal kits. I want the kit that is the easiest to install/bolt-on and won't cause weird problems while braking or using the hazards. I'm not sure about changing the LEDs because I don't trust aftermarket housings as much as the OEM (UV weatherability of lens, waterproofness, etc...)

Any ideas?

Web Electric Products, HANDS DOWN!!! They are a SNAP to install. I've had them for over 3 years in my car with NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER!! I got it down to 10 minutes per install now (installing them in all my friends cars).

Do I have to do any modifications or add wiring so the brakes/hazards function normally?

no all simple plug & play remove rear panel , up plug harness from factory lights , then doing one at a time reverse the steps one at a time, , I may suggest before tightening back into place just try each light incase a bulb or something goes tapping some has that effect , then when you smiled and say YES put the lens back in place rear panel and yr done ! enjoy the mint !

According to WebElectric's web site, you do have to add wiring to "unsequence" the brake lights. Their instructions require you to run a wire from the trunk to the passenger kick panel.

I installed the WebElectric kit last week, it was a piece of cake. Remove the rear plastic molding inthe trunk (two hand turned screws and four snap out retainers). Remove the tail light bucket (three 11mm nuts), pull out the old harness, move the bulbs from old to new harness, reverse the preceding steps. I haven't run the wire to unsequence my brake lights yet, but intend to do so. Here are the WEP instructions for non-sequenced brake lights:

Sorry the Web stuff is just the harness and sockets no lense replacement etc but once you break them free I clean them abit and get out grit etc so I get a good seal , BTW for like what a 30.00 ? core fee or what ever it was I just kept my factory ones to put back , should a need arise , then it's all very extremely simple. Honest.

Another vote for the Webelectric harness kit. I installed both sides in less than 30 minutes and they work perfectly. Just a simple wiring harness swap -- doesn't get any easier than that!

Do you have to route that extra wire for the webelectric kit to keep the brakes working normally (not flashing sequentially)?

Another vote for WE.

However - no, the hazards/brakes do NOT function as stock. Still, it is NOT a problem as when you apply the brakes they sequence rapidly once and then all 3 lights stay lit and do not continue to flash or do anything goofy. It's really an attention getter and probably a little added safety for if the person behind you is daydreaming. Look up a video of them on youtube and you'll see what I mean. Also, IMO nothing wrong w/ them sequencing w/ the hazards on - i figure you've got the hazards on to get people's attention anyway... right?

Yes you would. However they only sequence once when you apply the brakes and then all three lamps on each side stay solid.

I'd imagine most companies are about the same with these? I have the CDC kit and they sequence exactly the same. I do actually like that with these harnesses when you brake you get all 3 lights, not just the 2. Very, VERY easy install.....unless you have a sub box by your taillight. That's when it takes a bit of times. I also kept my old harnesses, just in case.

Yes you need to run a pair of wires to the SJB in the passenger side kick panel, i did my WE's this way.

Antigini's and Ed's comments are why I haven't run the extra wire to non-sequence my brake lights. I think that the single sequence and hold draws more attention. Plus, getting three bright lights on each side instead of the stock two makes it more visible. The more I think about it, the more I'm leaning to leaving my brake light sequencing as is.
