I ordered the CDC Classic chin spoiler and when it arrived today it looks like it has been bent. The box has no damage and the spoiler was just lying in there with no protection or wrapping. I am posting acouple of pictures but it is hard to tell what I am talking about.

I want to think that sometimes these things come bent and if it were warm you could set it in the sun and it would bend itself out. You may want to take this to a body shop to have the part looked at before sending it back.

Absolutely not, that thing looks bent for sure...mine looked nothing like that when I got it. CDC is fantastic when it comes to stuff like this, you will be satisfied, I'm positive. they took care of me, overnighted me a new part it was there the next morning on my doorstep, and that was before they even picked up the original part they sent.Just call them first thing Monday morning and ask them what they want you to do...Good Luck

I agree with David. My experience with CDC has been very good. When I got my Shaker Scoop, the fins on it were damaged. They sent me a new one, and only asked that I send the old one back after I received the new one (which showed up a couple days later).

Mine had to get repackaged in a smaller (shorter) box to get shipped to me. It was twisted when I took it out of the box, but after a couple of days in the house, it shaped back to normal. Unfortunately yours has an actual crease in it. If it doesn't go away after 48 hours of sitting in the house, you need to claim it through either the shipper or CDC.

Agree with what you said, but I would still call them immediately and tell them of the damage and that you will let it sit a couple of days and see what happens.also get a name of who you speak with!
Especially with damage, the quicker you tell them after opening the box, the better, and your first words should be is, I just got my package and when I opened it, it was......

Yep, you're right. Need to get them to know the item may be damaged right away.

You can get it like this so you can paint it. I think it's $50 more to get it in a black matte finish.

Well it's starting to settle down because I have it in the house stretched out against a wall. I'll take it to my painter on Tuesday and see what he says. BTW the spoiler came from Partshopper.
