Baltimore Street Mods/ Stripes

Hello...just wanted to pass along a great place to buy your striping/graphics kits. Many of you know about this place already...but i wanted to pass along my great customer service. I bought the 12" stripe kit...and did it myself. I am a novice at striping...and it went great until i got to my GT500 spoiler. I have an aftermarket GT500 spoiler(Spoiler Depot)...and apparently..it is not EXCACT..as far as total dimensions. The stripes would not lay down like supposed to. This kit is cut perfect and forms to curves of car great. You can use a tape measure on my 2" gap and its perfect. Vinyl is very strong and forgiving if u mess up a little. Anyways..i emailed Rob...and told him my problem...because i wanted to order another spoiler kit..(he sell pieces only too)...he asked me if it was factory or aftermarket. When i told him aftermarket..he said ahh...i know whats wrong...His kit is mostly for factory and "some" other GT500 types(3D Carbon...and some other) not mine though...Not only did he send me a new set ...but 2 spoiler kits...FOR FREE...he even went out of his way to try and get measurments for my spoiler...All and all...a great experience with Baltimore Street Mods...and Rob(owner)..

Man that sounds great! It's always a pleasure doing business with a person/company who goes the extra "mile" for the customer.

Yes, thats who I bought my stripes from too, partly because of the the customer service that I had read about on this forum.
Their instructions were very detailed and helped quite a bit.
I ran into a situation while putting on the hood stripe. The transfer paper
got stuck to the back of the decal and I had to scrape it off of the actual
stripe. I was able to get it all off and you can't even tell that there
was a problem. Very durable stripe.

Rob just spent 30 minutes with me on the phone doing some custom rocker panel stripe text work. I can't say enough about Rob's customer service, this is why I will keep going back and will keep referring people to him.

Once I get them on I'll create a post with some pics and kudos for Rob for all to see. I'm pretty excited about them!

When I did my install on my stripe, I made a boo-boo which resulted in a small tear on the hood stripe. Rob sent me another piece for free within 2 days. No questions asked.

Anyone thinking of striping their car should look no further than BSM. His service is excellent, his prices are great, and the quality of his vinyl is excellent.

Rob is great to deal with. When I did my stripes he was more than helpful. My stripes have since been painted, but my experience with Baltimorestreetmods.com was great!
