And nowhere does he have badging on it trying to pass it off as something it isn't.

Well, just for arguements sake, there is no such thing as a 2005/06 GT350 either anyway, so it is what it is ... A tribute vehicle. :P

Well considering how good the fender looks with no emblem at all, I also consider the mustang script decal the prettiest looking 'emblem' on the fender of the car. They now show them on this GT on the bobwhitedecals site and I don't like em, the website originally had a clean yellow V6 with just the script in black just above where a "GT" emblem would be and it looked super classy.

You aren't the only one who has made the upgrade from V6 to GT bumpers. I too made this switch for 3 reasons.
1. The fog lights
2. Color matched rocker panels
3. Dual exhaust ports in rear bumper
I think as long as you like what your car looks like it really doesn't matter what people think you're trying to do. I bet most everyone would agree that if it's cool it's cool no matter what!
ok that's my $.02 so here's a few pics of my V6 to GT modified 05
I have also added a set of 2004 17X9 bullitt wheels which look much more aggresive than the stock GT wheels

That is, if you aren't laughed out for some other reason first.
And, you don't have a Cobra?
Also, to +1 up on what John said -- I have no issues up until you add the GT badges

I am sure I provide enough amusement sliding into parking lots. I don't need the added aggravation of playing a merry game of Lies to boot.
