I have not seen it before. The front bumper valance is OK but I do not like the rear valance.

Looks good, definately unique. I think the back would look better if the tips were different.

It is the SS Gen 2 design that was at SEMA. Like 2Slack said, check the show threads and you will find more pictures of it.
