I have rear Roush springs, also required an adjustable panhard bar and lcas.

For comparison here is what the 285's look like....

I'm really diggin how the 295's fill out the fender wells.....

so nobody with the 295's rear and a dropped supsension have any problems with tires rubbing the fenders?

A buddy of mine is running Steeda Sport Springs with the exact same wheel and tire setup as mine (listed above), with no problems.

Im running 305 35 18 out back but it is a Nitto 555dr.






Gota love that steam roller effect with that wide a tire. and its wider than the 315 17 on my cobra.

From what I have seen the 305 is the widest you can run. I havent seen anything wider without a custom rim or modding the wheel well.

Looks like you have a fitment issues with that garage.

What are you guys doing about gear ratios with these huge tires? These cars need more gear and you're giving them less with more diameter in rubber.

I put in another 170 hp, seems to run fine.

But yes, my 3.55 gears with my 28.3" tires give me an equivalent to having 3.37 gears. Pretty tall, but with the supercharger, it's not a problem. I believe the default gear ration for most new Mustang GTs is 3.31, including the GT500. But yeah, that's a little tall.
