Hello all. I have looked around but have not found what i am looking for. I basically am looking for a blank grille (meaning no space cut out for the center pony emblem) for a V6. I want to do something like shown in the picture that i am attaching (a quick photo chop). Does anyone have any links to where i can order a similar grille? Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

there are a few other people on here who want the same thing, i don't think there are any out right now, but i hope someone corrects me

I've been hunting for one like that for a few weeks now. I actually tried to fab one up with no success. Then I saw the MRT Interceptor and it had one. I called MRT and they said they might have one available in a few weeks, this was late last week. I'm going to call them this week and get a update.

 

As one who has made photoshops of grilles like the above, to me it looks like a photoshop. The honeycombs in the middle look asymetric.

 

I e-mailed CDC the other day with a picture (photochop) of my car and asked them to consider making this grille for our GT's. Here is the reply!

Thanks for the great idea! That would make for a great looking grille. We do have meetings every week, and will be sure to bring this suggestion. We do have a number of other new products currently under development including a replacement billet grille (not an overlay), that should be available soon. Thanks again!

Cool. I've been waiting for a quality replacement billet grille for a reasonable price. Hopefully this will be it.

 

CDC's been saying that for 6 months. Still no grille.

As for the MRT version, they better not come out with one since I got tired of waiting and bought 3 GT grilles to try to make 1 "blank" grille. Just got them yesterday so I have a LOT of work ahead of me.
