Dave, I like the Boss style stripes too. 
However, I would prefer to see a '68 style C-stripe that follows the lines of the car.
Until someone makes one for sale or has it done custom, I will have to be content with photoshops.
These photoshops and sharing of ideas will hopefully give birth to reality.

Lewis, in all my searching to find Side Stripes for the SS Vert
I never ran into an example of the C pattern.
I took Pictures and Photoshops to the Local Stripe Shop and
they made up and installed the Stripes. Maybe you'll have to do the same.

This may be a dumb question, but can you just flop L to R the 69 BOSS 302 stripe around and reverse it? Is the angle of the stripe about the same as the contour?
Could you post a dead on side shot so I can photoshop it that way?

I called a local sign company. They already have the dimensions of the 05 Mustang. They can digitally make whatever vinyl decal design I/we want. He's coming out tomorrow to look at mine.
He knew exactly what a 68 "C" stripe was, and even mentioned the BOSS 302 stripes....so we're on the same wave length ;-)
I'll find out what the limitations are and how much $$$ tomorrow.

Ah....no they are not. The BOSS 302 stripe is nice, but not what we want. We want a stripe that goes with the body line contour "C" not against it.

I'm glad other people are interested, I LOVE the stripe on the photoshopped red a few posts up, even dig the mustang lettering at the bottom. THATS what I'm looking for.
The BOSS stripes do look cool, just not what I'm looking for and there are already a few companies making them. The only "forward" C stripe I saw made by a company looked kinda funky.
