Anyone else want a "no fogs, no pony" OE style GT grille?
The guy from KSR (OE style center fog grille) said they asked their vendors about the demand for an OE style grille that didn't have fog lights or the pony and couldn't find enough interest to justify making one.
Assuming there's even a little demand, it would seem to me it would be smarter to be the only manufacturer of a product with low demand instead of being one of MANY putting out the same same product. Hey there must be at least a little demand for one since the billet style grille is selling well. I might even settle for one those myself if nothing comes out soon.
Obviously one person isn't going to make a difference since it costs so much to get a product like this started. How many other people would buy one if it were available for under $200? (and wasn't warped, of course )

Haven't seen any that are really billet (i.e. made from one solid piece of metal)
I've seen a few chrome ones that are the billet "style" (i.e. horizontal bars) but the bars are too close together.
The only black one I saw was actually plastic and will only fit the V6. Would be perfect for you, Enyo if you didn't mind the horizontal bars instead of the OE honeycomb pattern.
If you've seen something other than that, post a link. Looks like I'll have to keep my options open anyway.

I would certainly be interested in an SSE-style V6 grill that fit the GT.
I am actually want to eventually put the Pony Package sized fogs in there, but with nothing else (no horse, emblem or chrome trim).

Blow-By-Racing will soon offer a black powdercoated GT grille with horizontal bars, without fogs or pony. Here's a topic I started 3 weeks ago on the subject:

Unfortunately, there's still no news on a similar grille with the OEM honeycomb styling yet.

See that just doesn't make sense to me. There's already billet style grilles out there. And it's too bad they all have that "tuner" look that's on every pick-up and import around here. Not saying it's a bad look, just worn out. I would settle for one if it resembled a '66, but none of them do.

To traffic142, according the Cervini's website, the upper grille will fit the stock opening. It would seem that the bottom is specifically for their C-Series bumper.
