Got 'em, Installed 'em

Got them earlier this week, installed them this afternoon. They don't look bad, very low profile, so low profile I'm curious to see if they do much. For 16.00 shipped and a half hours effort, it's worth a try. Got them at teamfordparts.com

Wished someone made a decent one for the front. Rocker panels are really taking a beating.

Next up: 10" matte black rally stripes w/ quarter inch pins from Baltimore Street Mods. Just waiting for it to warm up.

I am still waiting for mine to come in. I agree, I would like to see a low profile set for the front as well. Would save some paint chips.

Splash Guards

I see these splash guards are for the rear wheels, do they have any for the front?

These guys make front splash guards, I have been using them for about a year, and they work great.

Do they do much for protection? (ie. dirt, gravel, crap)
They are quite small...

I bought some rear splash guards yesterday on ebay from BULLITT03722, he has a few in stock. They only fit the Shelby GT, Shelby 500 and our CS. They are very low profile, they should protect the lower rear quarters from stone chips.

I think they work well, could be bigger but then they wouldnt look as nice. The fronts offer great protection. I remove them for cleaning frequently and the rockers look new after 36k.

Cool Redo a set of extra rears?

Our idea on front splash guards was to get another set of the rear CS units and try to refit them forward. This for the match and for the lower profile. Anyone tryed this fix yet?

The ones I'm using fit well and theyre a thin rigid plastic that looks like it could be easily trimmed if you wanted a low profile look.

I ordered these for the front the other day, they look like a real nice product. I have the ford splashgaurds for the CS rear bumper ordered also, they were $12 at the local dealer.

I got mine today, but had a problem when I got home. They were both for the drivers side. The part numbers were correct, but it was in the wrong package. The other one should be in tomorrow.

They actually looked a lot better than I thought they would. But it may be because mine is white and they match the black rear diffuser. Also, I think they have to be modified to fit a regular GT bumper (they stick out too far). Well worth 12 bucks to me though....

Update: I installed my splashgaurds yesterday, the ones from Ford look great and fit perfect. The splash gaurds (for the front) from Jaeger Bros. are awesome, they look good the fit is perfect and installation took seconds. In the 700 miles Ive driven my car I had aquired 3 small rcokchips on my rocker panels, spending a total of $46 dollars to eliminate this problem may be the best mod Ive ever done for the money.
