I explained to them what happened and they asked all the questions (weather, silicone, alcohol, etc) They then shipped me the brackets for free. Well I recieved the package and went to replaced the bracket when I noticed that it was twice as long as the original. I didn't measure, but I would say that it's appoximately 2" compared to the original 1". So maybe it's a known issue and that's why I didn't ghave to buy the new one.

Also, do put tape on your car, make sure it extends way past the area you think it will affect. This stuff tends to go everywhere
can you please post the customer service number you have please? Thank-you.

I do have one scratch now, however, I'm not sure how it got there. It's right in the very center of my louvers. I'm not sure how you would touch this up. I thought about using a marker on it, but I'm afraid the difference in color will make it stand out. Also, both of my original top brackets have popped off, but I replaced them with the new extra long brackets and all is good. Been using that for 2 weeks now. As far as cleaning, I don't take them off everytime. Just wash them like everything else and then make sure I completely dry the window, no waterspots and you get at least 95% of the dirt.

I was about to pull the trigger on this about a month ago and price was $245. Then when I decided to order, they were out of stock. Kept checking every day or so. On Tuesday (6/12) they had them in stock and back to the $229 price.

Ordered on Tuesday, now UPS shows delivery of tomorrow !

Can't WAIT!!!

Awesome stuff. Glad amazon still has this for everyone. If it wouldn't be such a pain, I would resell them on ebay at this point. Sell them for 350 shipped and probably make a killing

Talking

They arrived yesterday (3 days after ordering)

I had to wait until this morning for the install. Instructions wanted 24 hours to cure and I had a car show last night!

They did take a little adjustment to get them to lay perfectly on the curved window. A little tweak here and there did the trick. Only issue I have is the center brackets don't line up properly (screw is approx. 1" from edge vs. 1/2") Will contact Willpak on Monday morning. Otherwise, I did install the top and bottom brackets as stated in the instructions. Top brackets are now approx. 3-4 inches vs. the 1 or 2. Seems to have a good bond thus far.

As far as looks, .

Much Better than in PIC's. These are BAD A** looking in person!! I will post pics later.

Well, I checked Amazon for a few weeks and they finally had them in stock so I pulled the trigger and ordered.

When the box arrived I knew we where in trouble, it was
open, ripped and smashed. I inspected before the driver
left and found the louvers to be severely damaged and had to refuse shipment.

Its kind of sad when someone builds something and then its destroyed in shipping.

A little bit of a let down but will try again and see what
happens.
