If you can find a shop that does big batches (ex frames, trailers, etc) you can get them to do your wheels if they are coating something the same color.

CAUTION: If you do choose to powder coat, make sure you clean the backside of the wheel (the part that touches the wheel hub) off very well.

I've got 4 wheels "frozen" onto my car right now. I'm going to try to jack up the rear this evening and kick them off...

the powdercoater should have taped off a section and he didnt.....

so now the wheel fits tight, and its gonna ruin your PC back there...

^ Bingo!

The shop powdercoated EVERYTHING, so the inside circumference of the wheel was reduced by the thickness of the powder... I have to try to get those bastards off and then somehow clean up the inside where it touches the wheel hub.

At this point, I might just take some sand paper to it and try to get each wheel to fit normally. They are aluminum, so they shouldn't rust and no one ever sees the inside back of the wheel.

I just hope I can get those suckers off without dropping the car on my fat butt
