Hi guys,
just a quick note to let everyone know to NOT apply ANY type of wax to the emblem at all for the first 3 or 4 weeks....believe it or not , the solvents in the paint slowly leach out and if you wax it early , that will seal those in which will effect the long term durability and shine....washing is cool, no wax whatsoever!

Why would you want to wax it, it already looks like a jewel.

You'd want to wax it eventually to protect the finish, same as your regular paint, but as Hireman said, you want to allow sufficient time for the paint to fully cure before doing so.
