Agent 47 Mirrors
Agent 47 Mirrors
I just ordered a set of Agent 47 Mirrors. Anyone on here have a set and done an install? Just looking for any tips about it. It looks pretty cut and dry but there is always something that could have been left out of the instructions. Thanks
It's not difficult at all. I'm not even sure I looked at the instructions.
The one piece of advice I would give is to not drop any of the screws that mount the mirror housing to the door. I dropped one down in the door and had to pull the interior panel to get it out.

Thanks for the post. Can't wait to get these installed.
+1 on it being simple as it is 3 nuts to remove the mirror assembly from the car, and then just a matter of transferring the motors and mounting studs to A47s. Did you order them painted?

The install took about 30 mins for both sides. Very easy.

I installed the mirrors tonight. Too dark to shoot pics. Will post some tomorrow. My only complaint is, how much profit would they have given up to put threaded studs in the new mirrors? Removing the old and installing them in the new was the biggest pain.
It's a little late now but if you look at the end of the stud it's shaped so a very small socket fits over it (don't remember what size). I figured that out after it took me 5 mins to remove the first stud. LOL!!
