IMO the black ones look MUCH better then painted.

I agree.... i must admit tho at first before i purchaced the car i was swaying back and fourth on the Gt vs v6..... i liked the painted one on the GT.... however my car is black so it goes quite well..... Then when i decided to do the Shelby front/rear conversion (about to begin as soon as parts arive) I was pleased to see the shelby had the black as well! one less thing to change! I like it black....
