I devoted hours and hours to the car this weekend. Funny how enjoyable it is....doesn't even seem like work. I'm happy with the appearance of the rear with the spacers on.
Funny story....last night my g/f and I went to a fireworks display in a nearby town. It was packed and of course I can't just park anywhere. I finally found a spot that would have put me halfway on somebody's lawn. The people were outside having a beer, so before I parked I went and asked them if it was ok to use a little of their yard. The guy took a look at the car and said "with a nice car like that, you better pull it all the way into the yard." I ended parking in the middle of his yard! He was really happy to see an '05, so I popped the hood and bs'd with him for awhile.

The spacers look good, Tom. And I've had 1" spacers on my rear tires for going on 8 months now... haven't had any chips in the paint. Of course, I don't make a habit of going over rocks either.

Thank Pete. I still don't think I have as many coats of zaino on as you do!
Car looks great, Tom. Gotta love the "star treatment" the '05 gets. Glad you like the spacers. It's funny how different people's taste are. I think my +36mm offset 18x9 wheels stick out too much and here you (and others) are adding spacers. Go figure.
I think your car looks great btw....but that's still funny.Tom, great job! And you're right, you haven't got a hope in hell of catching pete. He's single handedly increasing second and third quarter profits for Zaino
