3rd brake light law?
I'm in California, so I'm sure the answer to this question varies state by state, but is it illegal not to have a 3rd brake light? I'm considering getting either the street scene or the CDC spoilers but the CDC blocks the 3rd light. I'd have to pay even more if I had to install the 3rd brake light in the back window, so if the 3rd brakelight is mandatory in CA, I'd probably go with the SS spoiler.

The law in California states that if your car was manufactured with a 3rd brakelight you must have one! I called the CHP before I bought the CDC ducktail and I went with it anyway.
