I won some prepainted louvers used on ebay. It has no 3m tape around the inside edges. The louvers are from http://www.wheelskin.com/dg-3180.html What type of 3m tape do I need to get and do I need to go completly around the inside louver?

You can pick it up at any auto parts store. It has red backing tape. Pick up some adhesion promoter, too.

 

You'll probably want to leave a half to one inch section at the lowest point for water to drain.

 

That's what I did.

Get the 3M super strength tape sold at auto parts.
