I was wandering how hard it is to remove the following 2 items to get them painted:

1) Rear View Mirrors - Is this hard? Anybody know how? Instructions?

2) Spoiler - I have heard it is hard?

Thanks!

As far as the spoiler, I did not find it hard. It was already warm out that day. I used a hair dryer to heat up the area some more. I firmly (but carefully) pulled up on the wing (near the tape). Make sure you remove the nuts first.

I used a plastic putty knife (CAREFULLY) to seperate the tape. When the wing was off, I just used the hair dryer and my finger to remove the remaining tape. It took maybe 15 minutes all together.
