I have pretty much decided that I want to keep the Bullitt/torque thrust wheels style on my GT - but I want to bump up from the stock 17s to 18s. Are these avilable at allfor the '05 yet?......

I contacted Discount Tire when I first got my 05' in November & they said 18" maybe available in January.

Not sure any are available now with the correct off set. I can't decide if I want polished or chrome. I am leaning towards polished.

Talked to wheel replicas today, and they said that they have an ETA of 1st quarter for them.

American Racing makes the Torque Thrust II in custom sizes. You should check them out.

Just got a response from MRT sales this afternoon about bullitt/torque thrust style wheels for the '05:

*****
They will not fit on the new 2005 mustang and unfortunately there are not
any comparable wheels available yet, but they should be available by the end
of January. If you would like we can put your name on a contact list and
we'll e-mail you when they become available. Thank you.

American Racing TTII's can be custom ordered but they take 3 months. I played the wait game last year with them on the 20's I wanted.

Yeah that's pretty much the same thing I found out today. Are the AM Torque Thrusts cast or a steel wheel?

I emailed http://www.wheelreplicas.com/index.htm

I asked when the 18X9 and/or 18X10 bullitts would be available for the 05. They simply replied with:

Sorry they are not available.
JB

We look forward to your business,

wheelreplicas@wheelreplicas.com

???

Maybe a barrage of emails from everyone here will get them motivated.
