18" Fan Blade Question

Hey All,

My 06 Vert has just over 3K miles and I just noticed that the rear right tire has a F*&*(@@@!! nail (looks like a 3/8" screw) lodged in it. Its sortra going sideways and actually looks like it may have been there for a while and there is no visible drop in air pressure or anything like that - but I would like to get the thing out of there. Not sure what the chances of it there not being much damage is, but I would like to take this opportunity to get some new tires for the back at least.

My question is: can anyone think of any reason why I couldn't replace the 2 rear tires with the BFG KDW2 255/45's and leave the stock 235/55's in the front?

Sorry if its a silly question - you never know these days - better be safe than sorry.

Thanks!
Vinny

i have the fanblades to and i was thinking the same thing...the rims are 18X8.5 so i am thinking the 255s should fit...and i know it is pushing it but i was wondering if i could fit a 265 but i think that is more if you have an 18X9

255's will fit, and that is the maximum width recommended for an 8.5" wheel.

Thanks for the info.

But do you guys think it'd be ok to run the 235's in the front and the 255's in the rear?

Yes, many people run the staggered look.
