Ummmmmm... I just looked on mustangtuning.com and it specifically says no hidden costs or charges, and they sale the set or four for $659.99. Did you look on another site or live in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii?

Edit:
I just studied your avatar, and it looks like you're in Guam. Was the $815.30 for the wheels and shipping, or just the shipping?

Is the width of the lip the same for the 18x9 and the 18x10 wheel? They look the same in most of the pics but in one the lip looks wider on the rear wheel.

18x9 = 18" in diameter, 9" lip.

Therefore, 18x10 = 18" in diameter, 10" lip.

So yes, the rear wheels do have a larger lip.

And then there's backspacing, might want to check out discounttiredirect.com or tirerack for some information on wheel sizing.

Actually both of the lips are of same dimensions per Mustangtuning, the only difference is the width of the wheel, not the lip.

Oh yeah, FastBack, the $813.50 was just for shipping $659.99 is seperate.

Ah, correct, there is more of an offset on the 18x10 wheels.
