1/4 Window Block-out panels?

hey guys,

just wondering what people's thoughts on these are. I think it looks racey, but there's an obvious loss of visibility with them:

I see no point to them at all. All your doing is adding another blind spot.

I have the Saleen heritage and yes you have a blacked out blind spot. But man they look cool! I like em

That first pic looks like someone smashed your window and you cut a piece of metal to cover the hole.

Come on, you know you want the SHR louvers.

+ 1 for the louvers. I don't care for the looks of the block-out panels. Louvers or even those Shelby-esque side scoops are more in keeping with the retro look of the car.

the shr louvers look way better.. but the blank panels do look good on the right car....

I like the black out more than the louvers. At least they do what they are supposed to... whatever that purpose is...
