Jones just needs to stay in the owners seat and not try being general manager at the same time. He needs to hire someone for that spot and he has more than enough money to do it, so why not? Also the o-line needs to take their game to a whole new level. It needs change.
Thats why Romo has alot of bad plays, because the pocket crumbles and he has to rush passes or the runner cant find a hole or taken down behind the line. So much of the offensive success depends on how well the line can defend the qb and block for their runner.
Of course theres plenty orher issues but those to me are the biggest issue

Why in the **** do you people search out threads to revive. Football is a stupid *** sport, its over with for the year, yet you dumb asses try to revive it. Its ****ing ignorant, nobody likes it, but you stupid asses try to bring it back to life.
