In 2012 Baltimore was the 2nd most penalized team in the NFL with a 7.5 penalty average per game. The lowest average per game was 3.3 penalties in 2012 by Atlanta. 2 penalties my ***!!!!!

We need to hire a new general manager, keep jones in the owners seat only, and re-evaluate the staff and players. The talent is there (not in the o-line) but its just not being reached. Once that happens the cowboys will be a team with a real name once again

Jones just needs to stay in the owners seat and not try being general manager at the same time. He needs to hire someone for that spot and he has more than enough money to do it, so why not? Also the o-line needs to take their game to a whole new level. It needs change.
Thats why Romo has alot of bad plays, because the pocket crumbles and he has to rush passes or the runner cant find a hole or taken down behind the line. So much of the offensive success depends on how well the line can defend the qb and block for their runner.
Of course theres plenty orher issues but those to me are the biggest issue
