There is a rumor that if an arena deal cannot be done, this team could be moved to either Hamilton, Ontario or London, Ontario.

It's more than just that...the guy also has an NHL contract with an arena in Hamilton and apparently he is trying to find a legal loophole to move them.
I can't understand why there is so much anti-moving the Pens talk. If the city can't support them year in and year out, they SHOULD be moved. You have to wonder about a franchise that gets Lemieux and Jagr, then Crosby and Malkin, because they struggle for so long.

Although I live in Pittsburgh, PA ? I'm not a Pens fan..However I do know the team is not going to be moved..There was already a press conference that was held here by the perspective new owner and he claims that he's commited to keeping the team in Pittsburgh.. Btw:? the issue is not lack of fan support nor the city being able to support the team ??.. The issue is getting a new arena in which the city of Pittsburgh is also commited to keeping the team here by getting a new arena built regardless of whether it's through slot licensing money or not..
