My Thrashers are looking good! #1 or #2 in the eastern conference, not bad at all!

They need to keep swapping Lehtonen and Hedburg out halfway through each game. It worked great the other night.

My Bolts (Lightning) are doing OK.
We're trailing Hotlanta by several points, but its still early in the season.
You know what they say, all that matters is how you end up when it all ends.

Sabres are still doing well considering they have Miller, Maxim, Conolly and 2 top D's out...

15 wins, 2 losses, 1 OT loss

Detroit will be just like last year, a padded record.
They play the worst teams in the NHL most of the year, and get the 'easy wins'. It's never really a good indication on how they are doing.

Seems that Atlanta is doing awsome this year.

I see that Lindros plays for the Stars now.

Does Brett Hull still play hockey? If so, who does he play for?

Thrashers got owned last night against the Stars. Turco is pretty awesome. Who used to be their main goalie? I'm almost positive that Turco wasn't the main goalie 5 years ago. The Thrashers kept giving false hope to the fans though, and I couldn't believe the power plays...they weren't getting ANYTHING done during power plays.

Brett Hull is out of hockey....Eddie "The Eagle" Belfour used to be their starter (and couldn't win a game against the Flyers to save his life).

Did anyone else see the Thrashers and Capitals game?

Wow, it was a great game, and then the Capitals RUINED it at the end. Just absolutely pathetic. Even their coach.

The Rangers are doing good this year, what's up with that? All they really have is Shanahan and Jagr.

I consider the Thrashers as one of those teams that doesn't have any great players, but all of them are average/good so they just end up being a solid team.

And what happened with the Red Wings? Didn't they have like an all-star line-up a few years back? (a ton of great players, in fact, I remember someone on Sportscenter back then talking about how the coach couldn't get the players to get comfortable on any line)

The Rangers have got a couple good solid lines up front, theyve got Nylander, Prucha, and Straka too.

Althought theyre not really my team, I caught a Buffalo game last night, I think its about the third one of theirs that ive seen this year. They are absolutely amazing to watch, i literally cant leave the room when they are playing. The sabres are without a doubt the most exciting team in hockey this year.

They fail to show where the Capitals coach says to Bob Hartley: "You want to go!?"

That was a great game, I was hoping the Stars would score though just so that they would go to overtime (and hopefully to a shootout too).

Here was a hit that happened in the Devils vs. Kings game...
Anyone see this game, btw? That shootout was awesome, I was hoping the Devils would win buy having that rookie score on Brodeur was so great.

The Flyers actually have a little winning streak going....If they stay kinda hot, they could be .500 by New Years....man, if they could scoot into the playoffs after the beginning of this season, I'll be impressed.
