Scott, I opened a position for you. That'll make 13 teams. Might make 2 more available if there is anyone else interested.

if you want to make it an even number I'm in...
I know you are probably tired of adding teams, but if you could squeak one more in there, I'd definately like to join. Also, could you resend the link to it with the league name and password? I tried the link to it but it said I wasn't permitted. Thanks guys.

If I have it right, your rosters after the draft should show you with the following:
Catchers - 2
1st Base - 1
2nd Base - 1
SS - 1
3rd Base - 1
Mid. Inf. - 1
Cor. Inf. - 1
LF - 1
CF - 1
RF - 1
OF - 2
Utl. - 1
Pitchers
SP - 4
RP - 4
P - 2
Disabled - 1
Bench - 5
Like I said, I've never been a commissioner before and I believe this is how the league I was in last year was setup. I'm open for suggestions so feel free to email me or post a reply.

im not really hot about that set up, especially since we have more than 12 teams. I think it should be:
C
1B
2B
3B
SS
OF
OF

Util
BN
BN

SP
SP
RP

P

Having two cathers will make Piazza, Pudge, and Lopez the most sought players in the draft

Ok Lalo, I could agree with your setup, although I think there should be at least 4 starting pitchers. I had thought about setting the league up pretty much the way you have it but decided on the way it is. Let's see what the rest of the managers think.
well i personally like having 2 SP's, 2 RP's, and 3P's. The P is a position that counts towards the points, its not a bench position, and each owner can fill it with either starting pitchers or relieve pitchers, which ever they see fit to gain them more points.
again, the same situation with 2 catchers, with 4 RP's there isnt enough quality to go around imo.
Of course you're the commish, and with whatever you choose I will go with and try my best to kick everybody's **** :P
just addint my .02 cents

Yep, u cant play with 4 RPs. With this many teams 2 RPs may be to many. These are yahoos default public league settings.

My suggestion would be we use em. I've never played in a 16 team league before, but I can imagine it'll be slim pickins for relievers and catchers on the WW.
